SSC Recruits for Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff 2014

Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Government of India has invited applications for posts in Group C of MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) in various States and Union Territories of the country. Candidates, if interested, can apply both through the offline as well as online mode. After the registrations candidates will need to sit through a written test for the selection process.

Important Dates

Start Date for Registrations: 16 November 2013
Last Date for Submission of Part 1 of Online Registration Form: 11 December 2013(Till 5 pm)
Last Date for Submission of Part 1 of Online Registration Form: 13 December 2013 (Till 5 pm)
End Date for Registrations: 13 December 2013
Exam Date: 16 February 2014 and 23 February 2014

Post Classification: Group C, General Central Service, Non-gazetted and Non- Ministerial

Age Limit

As on January 1, 2014, the candidate should be in the age group of 18 years to 25 years. As per Government rules, age relaxation is permissible in certain cases.

Remuneration

The pay scale offered will be between Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20200/- along with Grade Pay 1800/- (Pay Band-1).

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates should have passed their Matric exam (or equivalent) from a recognized board.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for posts on basis of their performance in Paper I and Paper II of the mains exam.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can apply for the posts online as well as offline. Each candidate (General and other unreserved category) need to accompany their application form with a fee of Rs. 100 which is to be paid by means of CRFS (Central Recruitment Fee Stamps) which they can get at the counter of any Departmental Post office in the country. Candidates from the ST/SC/PWD and other reserved categories are exempted from this fee. However, if a candidate applies online then they need to make this fee payment online or through Crossed Indian Postal Order.

CAG HQ Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg New Delhi Tele no of person dealing dossiers related to CAG all appointments is 011-23509340 (Generally he do not pick up phone) and at Reception( Tele no is 011-23509141) The lady at reception says she does not know ask them ) and when approaching physically Security staff at Deen Dayal Upadhyay marg do not allow us to get inside I have approached there but they told sorry. SSC CGL 2013 Discussion Group

This year cut-off of cgl 13 after tier ii will go much higher -probably above 370 for Ip.So study Harder for cgl 13. Math may be reverse to tier i.

For cbdt, due to the responsible inspecter's leave cbdt work is in suspended condition. Wait a few days more to get green signal of sending dossiers to respective cadre.
